This Privacy Policy explains how the Fishbowl mobile app (the “App”) handles your information. The App is developed and maintained by Carlos León Rendón (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”).

TL;DR

The Fishbowl App does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or otherwise process any personal data. All preferences and game state are stored only on your device.

What Information We Collect

None. Fishbowl is a fully offline party game. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device, using Apple’s standard local storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and the app’s Documents directory):

Your selected interface language (English or Spanish)
Your haptics on/off preference
Your in-progress saved game (teams, scores, settings, and the current card pool)

This data never leaves your device. It is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, or any other personal identifier.
We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, calendar, health data, or location.
We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, MAC address, etc.) for any purpose.
We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or attribution SDKs.
We do not show advertising.
We do not track you across other apps or websites owned by other companies.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s own Privacy Policy applies to the distribution channel and to crash logs you may choose to share with Apple via the system Settings; that data is handled by Apple, not by us. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Children’s Privacy

Fishbowl is a family-friendly party game (with an optional NSFW pack for adult players). The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13, and in fact does not knowingly collect data from anyone, because the App does not collect data at all.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, delete, or export. You can clear all on-device data at any time by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be reflected in an updated version of the App on the App Store.
